On The Street is from the series of abstract people in real environments. This image is from in front of the Plaza Hotel in New York City. The building are rendered in monochromatic blues. The people are of the usual crowds found on the sidewalks of the city. If you look closely you may find the shape of Indiana in the image. The stencils for each color of this print were cut from rubylith with an Exacto knife.
